Three steps to clear accounts

    Start a group

    A trip, a flat, the climbing crew. Invite people with a link or QR code. Anyone without the app you just add by name.

  2. The expense form with a split by shares

    Add who paid what

    Any currency; the Czech National Bank rate fills in by itself. Split equally, by shares, by percent or by exact amounts.

    Settle up

    Dlužníček finds the fewest transfers. Send them with a bank QR code or through Revolut and the debt is cleared.

Dlužníček is made by Česká IT Akademie, a non-profit association. It has no ads, no analytics and no trackers, and we sell data to no one. It lives on our own server, and backups are encrypted.

Available in the app

Billed through the App Store. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Settling debts always works, even when a group reaches its limit.

Questions

Is Dlužníček really free?

Yes. The free version has no time limit and no ads. Premium is only for groups that spend more than CZK 50,000 or want repeat payments.

Does everyone in the group need the app?

No. Add people without the app by name and their debts are tracked the same way. Anyone who joins later takes over their name with the whole history.

Is there an Android version?

It is on the way. For now Dlužníček is for iPhone.

How does the QR payment work?

Dlužníček makes a QR code in the Czech QR Platba format with the recipient’s account number and the amount. Scan it in your banking app and send the payment. Dlužníček never moves money and has no access to your account.

Where is my data?

On a server run by Česká IT Akademie. We don’t share it with advertising or analytics companies. The privacy policy has the details.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account. We delete your profile, sign-in and loyalty cards. Your name stays in your groups so the history still adds up for everyone else.

How do I cancel Premium?

On your iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or use Manage subscription in the app. Premium lasts until the end of the paid period.
