Support
Write to us at support@czechitacademy.cz. We usually reply within a few working days. It helps to tell us your phone model, iOS version and what exactly happened.
Premium subscription
- Cancel: on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dlužníček, or in the app Profile → Premium → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Premium then lasts until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no access to payments.
- Restore a purchase after reinstalling or on a new phone: open Premium in the app and tap Restore purchases. Sign in with the same Dlužníček account you bought the subscription with.
- Move it to another group: open the group → Settings → Upgrade group → Unlock this group.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Profile → Delete account. We delete your profile, email, payment details, photo, loyalty cards and sign-in. Your name and expenses stay in your groups so balances still add up for everyone else, but they are no longer linked to your account. Details are in the privacy policy.
If you can no longer get into the app, email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete the account for you.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it separately (see above).
Groups
- Leave a group: group Settings → Leave group.
- Remove a member: the group admin can choose Remove access for a member in group Settings. Old invite links then stop working.
- Report inappropriate content or behaviour: group Settings → Report a problem, or email us. Include the group name and what happened.
- Export data: group Settings → Export CSV.
Signing in
- Forgotten password: on the sign-in screen choose Continue with e-mail → Forgot password. We’ll send you a link to set a new one.
- No verification email: check your spam folder and ask for the link again.
